File upload for Mac users

HI , I am having issues trying to upload files from mac manually.
It keeps getting frozen and the upload gives an error or times out. Any suggestions. The file i am trying to upload is about 450 MB mpg file.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
