Level 2 balcony 18 -20s guys gather looking, eye contact and smile and s nods will start interest or not. Level 1 take front table at a restaurant or coffee bar thats open to the mall. Guys cruising past non stop. If they are looking they will be obvious, make eye contact first time, they will return if interested eye contact and smile…most happy to go to your hotel will expect payment 500 - 800 pesos is fair depending on activity. Treat them respectfully and they will respond. Pinoy boys are deliberate shy starters I found.

Here's some: Timog or Tomas Morato Area in Quezon City. Then there's Ermita in Manila. Greenfield District in Ortigas Center seems to be popular recently. Hope this helps.
