According to Wikipedia some of man emit none pre-cum. For myself, I'm not a heavy pre-cummer, but when I'm highly arousal because of some hot foreplay, it get wet easily. In my experience, a good and hot foreplay and pre-sex is a great exercise to produce pre-cum and at the end, max orgasm.
