Incorrect download limit

Hello, according to my leeching information on the site I'm only downloading 9 torrents, but when I try to add more in my torrent client I get the following message: Bad Ratio: Ratio:2.155 (To many Torrents.. Your current limit is 15 at the same time. See Rules / To fix limits you could Donate)
Have the limits been changed recently? I don't know why I'm getting this error when only 9 active torrents are recorded in my leeching list…

let me reset your account, then please reboot your computer.
Another member had this same exact situation today, and this was the cure, it seemed.
