Do you prefer meeting someone to hookup with via an app/online or in everyday life (work, bar)?

This is connected to my other topic. Do you guys like your hookups to be via apps like Grindr or do you meet guys to hookup with in everyday life. I tried Grindr and got off of it after a week :D, but I'm curious how it is for you guys.

"Everyday life" or in a sauna. It is easier to tell if the other guy is actually interested in a hookup right now and if the two of you have a good chemistry. And there are no 5 year old pictures. Maybe if I had spent my teen years on social media like guys 10 or 20 years younger than me I would have better success with online hookups.

I prefer the ease of Growlr because you get to inspect the goods beforehand, but any time I've met a guy in a bar the sec has always been more passionate or electric because there's been a bit of a "get to know you" period where we can tease each other with random winks or touches etc. :cheers:
