I doubt this scenes from Spartacus. I can't remember Spartacus was having somewhat like on those pictures. You can see the eye patch and the towel are far more modern than Spartacus production designer. I've looked this few weeks ago, I was close and lost it (I don't remember why I lost this, Its rarely happens ;D). I'll look again today.
