Strange to read this. Why would or should I hide it? Everyone in my life more or less knows that I am watching porn, so what? I've got a partition called porn on my laptop and even if I use the laptop for a presentation at University I don't mind.

Consuming porn is like eating or breathing. I will never feel any shame for that!

            @tuckstee:

In a folder called "Donny & Marie Osmond's Greatest Hits". I think no one will check there.

Uh, I used to watch the Donny and Marie Show (or whatever it was called). First, because I still thought Donny was kinda cute, but then mostly because the show was such a train wreck, so horribly awful, that I kinda prided myself on being able to sit thru an entire hour of it. A bit like  bragging about, "Yep. Not only have I sat thru Salo (er, actually more than once), Cannibal Holocaust and Nekromantic, but I've also sat through a full hour of Donny and Marie. Multiple times (altho, granted, it took some working up to do the full hour)."

Why is the windows folder so fat and big and consumes the entire disk? Time to do OSRI. formats

I kept all my "babies" in a personal portable HDD, so if my friend borrow my laptop, I am still "str8" ( in their opinion, I guess ^^).
One more thing, make your history at your browser look " innocent" right after you did dirty "things" and everybody will never hate you ^^.

I put all my files in a secret folder. There are several files that remain unhidden for a moment because meh, nobody access the computer besides me anyway  ;D

I use a hidden folder on a network share with no group/public read/write/executive permissions.

Hey this is exactly what I do!

Incognito Mode for the online stuff.
Don't really have to hide the downloaded stuff too well.  My partner knows Mac, not PC.  If I put it in a folder near something he doesn't know what it does or how to use it, it's safe.  It's in a "software" directory under a folder titled "Manual," which I decided was clever because if something is manual, you "run it by hand."  :fap:

Like everyone else, burying in some randomly named folders works for me.

I used to keep it on a 265-bit encrypted virtual hard dive. But that was too much work, so now I keep it in a folder named 'Pornography'.

I use whole disk encryption, and change the sharing and permissions access of my 'File Share' folder if family or a straight friend is coming over.
No worries after that. I'm out to friends and family, but they don't need to see my porn -haha.

I just keep it off my desktop, no real hiding. I try to make sure if I'm presenting something for business, it's not anywhere it can "pop" up.

I keep it on a separate drive, but i really should lock it with encryption - thanks for the idea  ;D

I keep everything in an external drive; encryption is a good idea though  😉

Yeah, encrypted… in a folder with an unassuming name, like "tech files", "abc123", or something.  No one would think to look in there, nor be able to if they tried.
