This is because of the improved security of the encrypted connection to the site and tracker. All supported by XP are broken or insecure.
The only work around to make downloading and uploading work again at the moment is to not use the encrypted connection to the tracker:
For that, go to your Profile https://www.gaytor.rent/my.php and unselect the second option. Then load the torrent again.
Alternatively and to continue seeding, you can edit the tracker URL to start with http://tracker.gaytor.rent:2710/… instead of https://tracker.gaytor.rent/… in the torrent's properties in your µTorrent for those already loaded.

Please keep in mind that SSL connections using XP and IE combination are NOT secure and it doesn't concern only GayTorrent.ru but all websites (just think to online banking or when you shop online giving credit card details and/or passwords). Better use Chrome or Firefox.
As well the connection to the GayTorrent.ru tracker will not be encrypted at all, like they were for many years
