I would like to know that too. Nipples are my favorite part. I love watching nipple play videos, and would love to do it, but my nipples aren't very sensitive. They're also small. I wish they were bigger ;_;
BTW, I heard that nipple piercings can either increase sensitivity, or completely kill it.

I think it's just your partner who can't lick nipple properly.
I've met many guys, not all of them lick good. Most of them are just biting my nipples, and i don't find any pleasure of that. But there are some people who lick good. Because when i play with my nipple, i feel pleasure. So i don't think that the problem is in your nipple sensitivity, but in your partner licking technique.

Not sure if it's true but I also heard piercing them can increase sensitivity. My nips are a bit puffy….but my bf loves them.Thank god. Play around with clamps and suction increases blood flow to area and makes them a little bigger, and sensitive
