forttroff.com is a personal favorite of mine it might be a little to fetish'y for you but thier toys are top notch id give it a look and if your in canada ive always had good service from pinkcherry.ca i think they ship to the states too get on their mailing list before you buy though they have about a billion sales so buy during one of those and if worst comes to worst amazon sells toys
