how much protein does semen has?
-
I have no idea how to use the table formatting tool.
Property Per 100mL In average volume (3.4 mL)
Calcium (mg) 27.6 0.938
Chloride (mg) 142 4.83
Citrate (mg) 528 18.0
Fructose (mg) 272 9.25
Glucose (mg) 102 3.47
Lactic acid (g) 62 2.11
Magnesium (mg) 11 0.374
Potassium (mg) 109 3.71
Protein (g) 5.04 0.171
Sodium (mg) 300 10.2
Urea (g) 45 1.53
Zinc (mg) 16.5 0.561The average human needs 50g of protein every day, meaning that you would have to consume about a liter of semen, which involves a heavy bukkake, I suppose. Semen is also a good source of zinc, potassium, calcium and Vitamin B12.

Semen is a good source of zinc IF the quantities swallowed were larger. 0,5 is very little. Say you swallow 2 times a day from your boyfriend… which is kindof unlikely, but yeah "it happened to me so it can happen to you" (rep if u take the reference).
It's still just 1 gram from your 15g RDA (recomended daily amount)Now I would say you need twice that amount (because it's great for your sex life and hormone production). 30g, and the best way of reaching this is eating oysters and mussles, 1 oyster has 1,4g so that's really good... or take supplements.
like Caesar said to Tiberius when he didn't want to join him for an orgy; Oysters!
