三昧 (sanmai) is the Japanese transliteration of the Sanskrit word समाधि (Samādhi), which is a state of deep meditation.  I believe that "fera-sanmai" ("fellatio-samādhi") would refer to that state of being entranced or utterly carried away by the pleasure of being sucked off, which is a frequent feature of much Japanese porn, both that involving females and males, or that involving just males.

The Japanese title is 淫欲の変態人間便器, which reads "In'yoku-no-hentai ningen benki," and which I think I might translate as "Transformed by his lust into a human toilet." It is sold (supposedly without pixelation-censorship) at this Web site, and seems to have been filmed late in 2009 or in 2010.
