It depends on who the Singaporean is. So it's a yes or no. For the Chinese one, I do prefer Singaporean than Malaysian though.

Yeah, the term Asian is a vague and ambiguous term. There are East Asians like Japanese, Korean, Chinese who look different from one another. Then there are the olive skinned ones from South East Asians like Malay, Thai, and Indonesian, or Polynesian like Samoan, and Hawaiian. Also the darker and generally hairy ones from South Asia like Indians, Pakistani, and so on.
