@raphjd It drives me insane that the colour of people's skin, or their place of ethnic origin are becoming a requirement, rather than a person's qualifications, experience, and ability to do the job for which they are being hired. We're even starting to see a lot of this kind of thing here in Canada now too. It seems newcomers to Canada are being welcomed with a bunch of opportunities not afforded to the people who were born and raised here for generations. Also, a lot more companies are becoming all about the diversity hire to the point where in many workplaces, if you're white and born here, you ARE the diversity now. I am in the process of looking for a job, and have been following up, and so far every job I have been interviewed for has been filled by a new to Canada immigrant. Don't get me wrong... I'm all for giving opportunities to newcomers, but where they're from should have ZERO impact on their chances of getting hired.

No kidding... When I was arrested for non violent consentual sex, my bail was set at $10,000. What's worse is that I know men in the US who have done things far less than that and have been nailed with far more.

@blablarg18 Last night I was watching a video (Charlie Kirk) were a college brat said that "might makes right" except when his side doesn't have the might, then might is a human rights violation. The hypocrisy was so blatant and he could not even see it. NOTE: He didn't use the exact phrase "might makes right" but something that meant the same. He was justifying the use of violence by the left to get what they wanted, and that being a good thing. When Charlie asked if the same applied to the right, the brat said that was a human rights abuse.

If you only whine about the "victimization" of one group, it shows you don't care about the others. The people in Gaza voted Hamas in and they knew what Hamas was when they voted them in. You are silent when muslims go on terror attacks, so you can't hate violence that much. You would not have posted about Oct 7th, if Israel didn't respond.
