@blablarg18 Amazon UK uses Indian call centers for their customer service. Ireland used to be Europe's call center, but now it's India, Pakistan, and South Africa. Nigeria used to be one, but there was too much criminal activity because of the misuse of customer data. Ireland still makes up about 5% of the call centers. It's what I look for when deciding things like banking, etc.
