Horowitz found 17 fatal flaws in the whole thing. Oddly, he didn't find any political bias, despite the text messages, donating to political campaigns, a wife getting a massive donation for her political run by a Hillary supporter, a wife working for a company that arranged the Steele Dossier, Steele's own admitted hatred of Trump  and many other things. Sure, there was some pro-Trump bias, as well, but they were low level people, where as the anti-Trump bias was at the very top, including the guy who altered the report that said Hillary acted criminally, to say she was just a bit silly.
