I ended up consulting an archived version of the website and that didn't get me anywhere, there's no credits anywhere on the SleepingMen website. I did look up Mario Romo. scenes from the same timeframe (2011/2012) show him with the same hair and the same marks on the left side of his forehead and neck. he does look really pale on the SleepingMen footage compared to anywhere else, but I guess that's just what their cameras look like. can't really compare this scene to other blowjob scenes because I haven't found many of them. regardless, solved! thank you so much, @roygbivosu.
