I think it's about both, it's about being selfish I suppose. I have never been particularly selfish in my own sexual life, I like to think that I'm a generous and giving partner. But somehow watching someone (and essentially imagining myself) basically taking their (my) own pleasure and not giving a fuck about the partner. It turns me on. After all, porn is about fantasizing, things you wouldn't normally do. I'm a doctor and find scenes in the middle of a consultation pretty hot, but I obviously wouldn't do it in real life.
