If yes, remove the lines with gaytorrent. ONLY these, nothing else!</p>
<p dir="auto"><strong>Mac OSX / GNU Linux:</strong><br />
For that, in the Terminal type:</p>
<p dir="auto">sudo nano /etc/hosts</p>
<p dir="auto">It will ask for your admin password…</p>
<p dir="auto">Make the changes and press: <strong>ctrl-x</strong>, <strong>Y</strong> and finally <strong>Enter</strong> to save</p>
<p dir="auto"><strong>Windows XP, Vista and 7:</strong><br />
1/ In the Start menu select Accessories &gt; right click on Notepad and select to start as administrator<br />
2/ In the Notepad select File &gt; Open &gt; navigate to C:/ &gt; Windows &gt; System32 &gt; drivers &gt; etc<br />
3/ Select in Notepad to show all files bottom right instead .txt files only, open the hosts file you'll see</p>
<p dir="auto">If you see entries for gaytor.rent, <a href="http://gaytorrent.tw" rel="nofollow ugc">gaytorrent.tw</a> and <a href="http://gtru.net" rel="nofollow ugc">gtru.net</a>, just delete those lines.</p>
<p dir="auto">Save the file, which will only possible if you opened notepad with right mouse click as administrator as said upstairs.</p>
<p dir="auto">ATTENTION: Do NOT touch any other entries, wrong manipulation may result in loosing internet navigation.</p>
<p dir="auto"><em><strong>Remark</strong>: A member reported that his anti-virus software was preventing him to change the hosts file and he had to temporary disable the real-time protection.</em><br />

<p dir="auto">Same than Vista and 7. Actually it is even simpler, because the it works even without the "run as administrator" (less secure OS).<br />
I've added XP to the list of Windows systems.</p>

I have went through and did what was found above, this is what I have when I follow what was said above.</p>

<p dir="auto">I then closed out my utorrent program, and then relaunched it, as well I have also tried deleting the torrents in the que that read finding peers, and then reloaded them, as well I have tried to download a few new torrents as well. Still all read "finding peers". Not sure what else to do.</p>
