We do it when it is warm out, which is about 10-11 months a year in Texas. With the current weather, it is probably once a week/every other week. But usually we run 3 times a week. As with each winter, I am starting to plump up some.</p>
<p dir="auto">So, how often do yall work out and are there times of the year you plump up as well?</p>

<p dir="auto">I do weight lifting, with legs, chest/delts, back/rear delts, arms in that order and repeat.</p>

I have no set routine, and no set guideline....</p>
<p dir="auto">Somehow using this method, in a little over a year, I have dropped from 245lbs down to only about 150lbs.... And I'm only 5'5" hehe.... Can you imagine what I was looking like back when I was in the 245 range? It wasn't very pretty to say the least.</p>

Really it is a 24 hours a day, you just have to have the mind set, watching what you eat, walking instead of driving, etc etc. **</p>
