<![CDATA[Rationator 3.0 , 24 Hours Count?]]>???  Umm I have looked for while now … how does one find where a 24 hour download time period starts for the number of downloads permitted per day limit is used?  Meaning I am allowed 14 downloads per day ... what is the start and end time of that day?????
