Whether you're new to torrenting or and old hand there are people on here who will try to help, as you've already seen, but you need to ask because in general most of us aren't prescient. Some torrents just don't work sometimes. Other times it might be a particular build of your client, and occasionally it might even be a site problem. The key thing is that you need to provide detailed information.

For example, you say you got a message saying your downloads are restricted. What exactly did the message say? What is your ratio? How many files have you downloaded in the last 24 hours? Details like those are important if you want a meaningful response that's going to help.

Anyway, if you want to delete then just follow @ianfontinell's link, but you don't gain anything by doing so, and letting your account here sit idle doesn't harm you in any way meaning you can return if and when you've calmed down. It's your choice, but please don't jump to blaming the site for a problem that may lie elsewhere.
