Is anyone else having trouble with it? I'm hoping it's a glitch rather than anything more deliberate.

Nothing nefarious to worry about. It should resolve itself in due time. Meanwhile, the built-in free VPN using Firefox seems to work.

I get 403 if I try the root URL. 404 comes from my bookmark which appends /latest/

Either their server(s) is down or its location has been (temporarily) lost.
