<![CDATA[CSRF token invalid or missing]]>I was attemting to assist a downloader with partial files I have for a download. Upon starting the downloader was sharing respectfully. Within 60 seconds the downloaders speed in sharing reduced to less than 0.5%. Downloader uses transmission software and his share is below 1.0.

In an attempt to to message the downloader from the link in my Announcements message, Upon hitting 'send', I received "CSRF token invalid or missing".

What is 'CSRF token invalid or missing' ?
