You can press the Request Reseed button to ping people who have downloaded in the past in the hopes that they still have it and can seed, but it's very hit and miss. Sometimes you just won't get it. Ever.

The good news is that it doesn't hurt to keep it open in your torrent client in the hopes that it comes back at some point.
