While he was required to produce a country music track, there was nothing in the contract that required that the track be fit for broadcast on public airwaves, so he decided to use a loophole to ensure that most people would know him for his porn rather than his music by ensuring that the song would NEVER make it to the radio.

It avoids the issue of the link getting broken if the URL changes, and saves those of us who suffer the scourge of age verification from needing to jump through hoops to see something that may or may not be of interest. 🙂
