VLC is supposedly able to do it but having trouble... potentially if it was just a software, with no manual editing to do, that would be greaat! I just dont remember the one I used to use lol all help appreciated thank you!</p>

The last time I used it was many years and it did work.</p>
<p dir="auto">Im curretly using MTN with a GUI wrapper. But that is EOL so I cant recommend it.</p>

I couldn't find a link to their actual site, but you can find out more about it <a href="https://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia/Video/Video-Editors/Video-Thumbnails-Maker.shtml" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">here</a>.</p>
<p dir="auto">It's free to use, with one panel of each thumb replaced with a logo, or fairly cheap to buy (£20, I think, a couple of years ago).</p>
<p dir="auto">You can vary the size and number of each shot included, change the time frequency, drag a whole folder of videos into it and leave it to create the thumbs, save those thumbs to the same folder as the files they were generated from or to a separate one - great for adding a "Thumbs" directory for torrents, etc. (Some of these may be restricted to the paid version.)</p>
