Even when the tracker is offline, once your client is connected to other peers the download/upload will still occur, but the traffic will not be registered... So when you notice the tracker is not working DON'T close your client or you'll lose your session's traffic forever!

Once the tracker is reachable and a reannounce occur it will sync up the traffic.

This seemed most likely, as another site I seed at, to a lesser extent, is showing me seeding the same number of torrents as my own client says I am.

No doubt this will be resolved in due course, hopefully sooner rather than later if seeding records are being lost. I keep glancing at one particular torrent I've been seeding constantly at 1-1.5mb/s for several hours now, and wondering at what point I should start crying. 😧
