if you are looking for more points, you get them by seeding the torrents you download (very small amount unfortunately) or other members can reward you when you upload a torrent.

I was wrong I thought it was a reward what was written for example 130 point per hour its detail of your bonus that you lose believed it was earnign point by hour + bonus of people who donwload it

As a rule of thumb, the answer is no.

If you are trying to download it and it won't start because it has too few seeders you can partake in the "At risk" topic and have a mod make it freeleech for you, so you can keep your points.

If it has a decent amount of seeders, you will be saving 20GB from counting towards your ratio, but it might take you several years to get those bonus points back.

If it has many seeders you may also not benefit from seeding that torrent.

Conclusion: if you're doing it because download won't start for you it's not worth it (use the "at risk" topic here in the forum). If you want to save 20GB, it can be worth it but it'll take time to recover the points

If you say how many seeders the torrent has, and how many GB you have seeded in total in your account, I can give a more definitive answer. .
