I don’t even know anymore whether it’s CockyBoys or not.
Here’s a link — it’s the same image, but it has a date on it. So the picture/scene must be from March 2016 or earlier.

Here I will post one similar image of Travis Stevens rimming another twink, it really looks really similar:

On a similar note, I also found this scene with Jack Rayder, this one finally from cockyboys, where again i see some resemblance, but look at the sheet color, definitely could not be it:
