<![CDATA[上傳一直失敗，重新下載Quick Torrent Maker V 1.5也灌官方建議的µTorrent2.2.1了]]>有一段時間沒使用了，最近要重新上傳影片提高Ratio
可是QTM上傳完就沒下文
µTorrent一點動靜也沒有，在My torrents裡面到是有看到上傳成功
請問是不是遺忘了什麼
要是µTorrent沒動靜，管理員應該也無法下載做認證吧?
