The initial uploading process went fine, didn't encounter any error so when my torrent said "Seeding" I waited as usual for leechers. There have been 4 leechers since but my torrent is still not leeching to others? Currently there are still those 4 leechers but it still never uploaded/seeded anything. The Upload speed and Uploaded columns on uTorrent are literally blank and it's been like that for several hours. Can anyone help me figure it out? What's going on?

Specially for larger ISPs, multiple clients share the same IP address, this makes them unreachable from any incoming traffic.

If the seeder and the leechers are all behind a CGNAT, they cannot ever connect to each other. In this case, there are very few things that one can do, like running a VPN that supports P2P port-forwarding like Proton, or using a seedbox.

But even if you do nothing, inevitably at some point a reachable user will join the swarm increase the odds for other leechers.

If so, the likely reason you are having minimal leechers is because your bittorrent client port (6645) is not accessible from the Internet. I checked and it did not respond. You will have much better success if you make sure that port is accessible.
