SCOTUS says, judges cannot compel USA president to kidnap foreign nationals on foreign soil ("effectuate" his return).

If El Salvador wants to expel its subject Kilmer Armado Abrego-Garcia, USA must accept his arrival ("facilitate" his return) & set him back into his USA deportation process. Seems unlikely.
