@raphjd It's so unreal watching one of the cradles of Western civilization get systematically dismantled before our eyes... Over here in Belgium it's not much better. Equality before the law may still be in our constitution but in practice the courts & police have fully abandoned it in favor of a two-tier approach.

In the UK, it is legal to "positive" discriminate against certain groups; I'm sure you know which ones.

Some of it was through laws under Tony Blair (1997-2007) and Gordon Brian (2007-2010), aka New Labour, and other parts were leftist judges doing it.

@blablarg18 That is true, but I would expect those corrupt judges and lawyers to come into play after the people who broke the law have been charged and possibly arrested. It's surprising to me that even with Trump in charge there is no movement in that direction. Surely there's a few red prosecutors here and there who would be eager to bring them to justice?

@Rapsey-0 Corrupt judiciary. Judges & lawyers are part of problem & not who you think they are.

Much of it involves money, as always.

Lawyers profit from pro-DEI lawsuits & claims.

Judges, we have seen, have wives & kids who make millions from DEI "charities" and/or lib fundraising. Plus, judges love power - ordering society around. In some cases, judges may even be Cartel, CIA or CCP assets, who like social despair & instability that come of Woke, DEI & too much Queer-Trans.

The one thing I've never understood about DEI in education admissions and hiring is that they didn't immediately get sued to hell, or better yet, arrested. If I'm a restaurant owner and I discriminate against clients on the basis of their ethnicity, I would expect a visit from the police right away. How come they were allowed to do something so clearly illegal for years, on a much larger scale? And why are they now only being threatened with having their grant money pulled rather than straight-up arrested? The Civil Rights Act of 1964 explicitly prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin...
