Say you have a video saved locally that you want to post in the forum (e.g. to ask "Who is this?") but it's not substantial enough to warrant creating a torrent for it, and you can't find it anywhere online to link to... Any good places we can upload them to?

I suggest the very first frame, a frame from exactly half runtime, and any frame with a clear face.
