This may have already been discussed but I can't sift thru for an answer. I love to seed. Share my favorites. And it's been a while so I subscribed to a VPN. And...it seems NO seed points. Is there any way to seed and get points using a VPN? Thank you!

With ProtonVPN, once you enable port forwarding, it gives you a list of servers with P2P support, and once you connect it gives you a port number, you just have to set your torrent client's listening port to that number.

I'm on SharkSurf and never had ever got it green - so I tend to switch off my VPN when I'm downloading torrents and doing upload

Without port forwarding, you can only exchange data with other computers when the exchange is initiated by you, for example, when you are downloading.

What is your VPN provider?
