@blablarg18 there is no shortage of crooked judges. In fact, most of them have already decided the case BEFORE the defendant testifies!
Believe it or not, a judge can, and do, refuse to admit evidence from a defendant. It's difficult to have a defense, when the defendant's evidence is ignored.
