I checked your user page and see no reason you can't download.

You have downloaded enough to know how to do it, so that's not the problem.

I am going to have to assume it's some tech issue that's causing it.

I cant download torrents.

Only If :

1. The torrent has less seed (1-3)
2. The torrent has been remove or Taken Down
3. You have too many leeching torrent running and you have limited download ...
4. Your client encountered error or refuses to connect ...
