More fake right-wing outrage.

Just stop with the gaslighting already.
Barbara Butch, the fat woman in the middle pretty much confirms its the last supper. Then backtracked when the outrage happened and went with the script of feast of Dionysius.
And there's no reason for Dionysius to be blue. He has always been presented as either bronze skinned or black as in mythology, he originated somewhere in the Nile.
The difference between those images of the simpsons cartoons, many tv shows copying the last supper is they're done in reference to their plot/storyline and wasn't as blasphemous as the one in the Olympics.
Even the trump one is just art from a random person, it's not on a global stage.
And even if you follow that train of thought, you're just exposing the fact that people have been disrespecting Christians for a very long time. This might just be the straw that broke the camel's back.
And frankly, I'm scared because this will radicalize people more and gays like me that just want to live, gets caught in the crossfire.
They purposely chose a layout that matched the last supper than the feast of Dionysius.
-
@jaroonn you are such an ass (and even though this is GTRU, that is not meant to be a compliment)
Even if that Olympic skit had nothing to do with the Last Supper, it was STILL disgusting. Who wants to see a 400 pound trans surrounded by a load of people who are parading around?
Yes, I like to download gay porn.
No, I do not think showing the gay porn I download to a worldwide audience, most of whom are not gay, and many are children should be watching the gay porn I download.
Yes, I like to watch fucking.
No, I don't want people fucking in the middle of the street, nor giving blowjobs in public places.Sex is a private and personal thing.
-
@manrmen-0 Whatever. It's stupid stuff like this that makes Europeans roll their eyes at America. I always tell my European friends it's their fault because they sent us all of their religious nut cases

Apparently, there were a lot of people you did. Outside the right-wing freakout world, the opening ceremony was highly praised. I thought you people were SO against "cancel culture." If something offends you, turn off the TV. What a bunch of snowflakes you people have become.
-
@jaroonn To accuse others of fake outrage, does not work, when it's your fake outrage.
YOU began thread.
If Christians act normal - object to mockery, as, say, Muslims do - It gets under your skin sooooooooooooooo much, you begin topic from nowhere & of course, gaslight people.

Well, not at Olympics. Agree there's a time & place.

YOU began thread.I was not outraged. I was pointing out, and still am how stupid the outrage over this was as it was not a parody of the Last Supper. It was Greek mythology.

Again, they were not being mocked. This has been pointed out by the choreographer and leading art historians. You people are the ones gaslighting by continuing to push the false narrative.

A lot of people loved the opening ceremony. And since you and your friends here were not artistic directors, I guess there is nothing for you to do but be outraged. Your choice.
-
@jaroonn "I was not outraged" - sure, Jan

"they were not being mocked" - uh huh
Fat Gal's own social media, boasted of it.
"A lot of people loved the opening ceremony"
just plain

This is why you are not a lawyer. Or even very smart. -
@jaroonn You concede again
Fat Gal boasting of her mockery - No way you can gaslight, past that.

She wasn't the choreographer, was she? Pointing out her and your ignorance of art history is not gaslighting (I see you've learned a new vocabulary word, so intend on using as much as possible); it's trying to educate. But I see that's not possible. As my colleagues and I often say, sometimes it is not just a language barrier.
-
You concede again
"was she choreographer" - Why would she have to be?
It was mockery, she knew it & she boasted.
Your fake outrage is showing - again.
You really can't let this go, Fake Outrage.
HAHAHAhahahahaha @jaroonn you

-
@blablarg18 Seriously, dude. Reading comprehension skills. Work on them.
-
@jaroonn sure, Fake Outrage

-
For fun
traditional Dionysus / Bacchus. (not blue eh?)

-
@blablarg18 Ok. So which diner at the Last Supper was blue?

-
@jaroonn Wow Fake Outrage, you are slow.
Reference is to additional aspects of controversy - to second photo I posted, or, to these (true) statements from @manrmen-0
The girl in the middle posted in her social media that it was. And she posted before the outrage. So when the outrage happened, she immediately deleted it and posted the feast of dionysius.
And dionysius isn't represented in blue skin.
Even then hardcore leftist pagans in reddit felt disrespected by the alleged blue skinned dionysius

Since you are slow, I'll spell it out even more
-
You idiot libs mocked Last Supper, not just paintings but what they represent ie. founding of Christian Mass
-
You idiot libs smirked & boasted on social media
-
When caught, you idiot libs backtracked (no courage eh?) & claimed oh no, it was Olympians - see, blue guy is Dionysus
-
which is obvious lie
-
1 further detail to show up lie, among many, is that traditional Dionysus was never blue

So, since you are GASLIGHTING, I will ask you again. Who is the blue guy at the Last Supper?
-
@jaroonn Oh you're the one GASLIGHTING, Fake Outrage.
To wit: You're the idiot lib defending what you idiot libs did..... and yet....... you ask me what you idiot libs had in mind precisely?
No.
Ask your fellow idiot libs.
