Meaning everyone "sees" it to download/upload from it my ratio goes up etc. In contrast the same torrent on the machine downloaded at the same time on the machine next to it or across the room can take hours or days for it to be seen or recognized. Anyone else notice this on their personal setup?

The others "eventually" get it or able to seed I was just "curious" about the observation.

Do the port forwarding rules in your router all point to the first machine? That would mean all incoming requests go there, not to whatever other machine is actually trying to seed or download.
