It was heavily abused, so the site owner changed it.

People used to hit it as part of downloading it, even when there were 100 seeders.

It will take some time to get someone who wants to get 49 GB of credits to seed that. I wish people would not post their massive dumps of randomly named OF crap here.
Just the fact that it came from OF guarantees that it is going to be lame, because OF removes any hot content.
