SCOTUS did not dismiss charges against Trump.

SCOTUS remanded charges to lower courts - ie. they can proceed, if justified by careful analysis.

Some would be thrown out, some would proceed.

But top Dems (Inner Party) have figured out, their entire Lawfare strategy against Trump is disastrous, for Dems. They need fast exit.

Top Dem (Inner Party) strategy is: blame SCOTUS. Distort & misrepresent what SCOTUS said. "They threw out USA constitution! Trump can order Seal Team 6 to kill you!" hoax

By this new hoax, top Dems (Inner Party) whip up ordinary Dems (Outer Party, Two Minutes' Hate) & raise funds..... .....rather than allow ordinary Dems to see how stupid Dem lawfare was, all along.

Dems hoax their own base. They need to keep it going. Their anti-Trump lawfare, was all hoaxes. It backfired. They have a substitute hoax - Dems' new anti-SCOTUS hoax.

Added benefit, to Dems: if it works - if they win - they will proceed to "pack SCOTUS" ie. judicial coup.

SCOTUS & sane judicial reasoning, stood in way of Dem lawfare. Therefore, SCOTUS & sane judicial reasoning, must go.

The better SCOTUS reasons things out, the more SCOTUS seals their own doom (with Dems).

For Dems, not only is truth irrelevant: It's an enemy.

Everything must be done on facts & law - and will be - and that's why libs shit their pants.

The Merchan case will be thrown out on appeal because of how dirty it is.

The case about overvaluing property shows it was political because Jon Stewart famously overvalued his property by 829% and was not prosecuted.

tldr;

• sentencing in Bragg-Merchan lawfare case, was set for July 11

• but after this immunity ruling, Trump to file new motion

• motion will prob be denied (whatever Bragg & Merchan fakely-claim Trump did, is prob "unofficial acts" exempt from "official acts" immunity)

• but still, Bragg has requested to have until July 24 for his response

• which would delay sentencing to at least July 25, prob August

GOP convention is July 15-18

Dems want(ed) to jail Trump before he could be nominated fully / legally.
