Harris County TX was to start a Guaranteed Income program, but the TX Supreme Court put an injunction on it, stopping it less than a week before the 1st checks were to go out.

The checks are not for everyone in the county, but rather for people of certain postcodes.

This is an income redistribution program,

It should go without saying that Harris County/Houston is the hotbed of liberalism in TX.
