<![CDATA[File ASSociation nightmare]]>I used to be able to assign extensions to apps very easily with Windows. (suck as for AVI, JPG, TXT, DOC, WMV, PNG, MPG, etc.)
In Windows 11, Windows Media player keeps grabbing files that I want to play such as AVI and WMV.
I can pick the player I want to watch a specific video, but after watching it, the association reverts to Windows Media Player! I hate Windows Media Player! what to do?
