Very likely he's from Brazil (or Speaks Portuguese). Because his tatoo says : "lembrar de" , which means : "Remember to"... It's a kind of a joke like remember to do something , like when you make notes on a napkin. But it also might be "remember of someone of remember of me", like "lembrar de mim" (remember of me). Maybe there's something else at the end of the frase but the image is blurred cannot read it altogether...

I also might say he's a middle class brazilian boy. It definitely looks like...
