Is it allowed to request / suggest that someone resize those movies that are already on the site in giant size?

People would be doing a great service by seeking out huge files, and using the FREE Handbrake utility to reencode them to a smaller size. My favorite setting is 480p FAST. 720p FAST is not bad either.
