<![CDATA[Partially downloaded help or hinders your ratio when seeding?]]>I know from from the post "WHY do torrents that I have downloaded STILL SAY LEECHING in my profile?" that torrents that get partially downloaded counts as leeching when they are seeding, but what do that do to the ratio?

I remember very well that I'd see that message in the tracker status and in the site it would show i was downloading 8 torrents... I added a bunch now just to test and it capped at 15 like you said.

It's definitely 15 for me - might depend on the ratio. It used to be 12 for me, as far as I recall, when my ratio was around 1.05.
