VERY few trans people actually go through with having their hoo hoo dilly removed.<br />
A lot of them have breast implants.</p>
<p dir="auto">Seems to me that if one's objective is to be who they really are.. then they should not be altering their body with surgery.</p>

Being on estrogen makes it far more likely but there could be other reasons. For example it could be that the trans person feels intense dysphoria about their own genitals, so to them it would ruin the experience to get them involved, even if they are fully functional.</p>
