I did a poke around the internet to see if I could get a clear answer as to what percentage a model earns from their monthly rate. The most common answer was that it is a 20/80 split with OF getting 20%. I didn't see anywhere a mention if that includes the tips models get or the payment for PPV, but I'd assume OF gets a cut of that as well.

But just based on Tim's post, he has 10002 subscribers this month, each paying $9.99 (US). That is $99,919.98 and if he gets 80% he made $79,935.98 just this month. That doesn't include any tips he gets (he has no PPV). That is just amazing. I make $83K a year. He almost earned that in a single month!!

Do any of you know if the 20/80 split is accurate?
