While it was more "gay marriage ambivalent" than pro-gay marriage, I will admit that he was at least braver than a lot of politicians on both sides of the aisle in telling people to get over it and move on.

That being said, I wouldn't say that Trump is pro-gay people. I mean, within minutes of his administration taking office, nearly all pro-LGBT messaging was removed from government websites. Despite having said he would continue Obama's administration's protections for LGBT workers, his administration slowly and consistently destroyed them.

They love abortion, because while 17% of pregnancies of white women end in abortion, 66% of pregnancies of black women end in abortion. Democrats love that. In the matter of gay marriage, democrats were the ones fighting it, especially in California. Biden, Obama, Hillary.. they are all on youtube videos in anti gay marriage clips. It was not until the democrats found that they could exploit yet another minority group to get more votes that they suddenly flipped on gay marriage to the point of having a gay couple as president and first man (The Obamas).
